User-supplied personal information
If you fill out the “contact” form on this website, we will ask you to provide some personal information (such as e-mail address, name, phone number and state). We only require that you provide an e-mail address on the contact form. Further, if chat is available through this site, you may be asked to provide information if you participate in an online chat. Please do not submit any confidential, proprietary or sensitive personally identifiable information (e.g. Social Security Number; date of birth; drivers license number; or credit card, bank account or other financial information) (collectively, “Sensitive Information”). Comments

Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
Information that you provide to us through the contact form or an online chat will be used so that we may respond to your inquiry. We may also use information you provide to us to communicate with you in the future. How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained by WordPress indefinitely. This is so WordPress can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data
We take appropriate security measures to protect your personal data from accidental loss or unauthorized access, acquisition, or disclosure. We use secure VPNs and end-to-end encrypted communication tools when handling any sensitive data. We, however, cannot guarantee that our systems and protocols will be completely invulnerable.
We will not sell, rent, lease, or otherwise make available any mailing list or other user data to others, except if both parties have agreed to a referral out to another legal professional or if required by law.
What data breach procedures we have in place
Since any data we may collect via this website is housed with third-party services and not with NSDPA Law directly, we confirm regularly that the services we use are compliant with the latest Information Security standards and practices.
What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data
To our knowledge, there are no practices or services in use at NSDPA Law that make use of such systems.
